International Shipping:
We support air, sea and rail transportation, which can be determined according to customer needs.All shipping fees are quoted separately depending on destination and weight, and need to be paid for by the customer. Any local taxes or customs clearance fees also need to be borne by the customer.

* Refund & Replacement Policy

* Return & Exchange Policy
Requests for returns and exchanges will be reviewed and handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of KUOJIN. To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be in original, full working condition, be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase to our address within 3 days.
Sale and promotional items, however, are not eligible for return or exchange.
